The goal of sustainable investing is to make the world a better place, so UBS decided it needed an entirely new way to approach the education and asset allocation process. The UBS Smart Assistant answers questions and helps investors create a personalized, sustainable portfolio.
MYHA Shopping Assistant
Ever wish you could get the expertise of an in-store shopping experience without going into a store? MYHA was conceived as a virtual product expert who could assess a customer’s needs through conversation and then recommend appropriate products based on business logic.
Jack In The Bot
Jack In The Box wanted to speed up the drive-through ordering process and improve accuracy, so we developed an automated Ordering Bot and tested it in actual restaurants. We achieved an 88% accuracy rate after a few rounds of conversational logic optimization.
Nissan Intelligent Support
Nissan wanted a way to improve their Owners App’s experience, so our team created an Intelligent Support prototype with a conversational guidance system. Our goal was to walk users step-by-step through common processes like changing a flat tire for the first time.
